Assessment
Working with client management and internal IT teams we partner to understand the technical and business challenges they face. By careful data gathering, discovery and research we develop a comprehensive picture of architecture, IT infrastructure and working environment.
Recommendations
Our assessment leads to a proposal which recognises the individual challenges the client has. Our proposals include relevent designs, objectives, project approach, budget estimates and recommended course of action.
Implementation
If a client chooses, we will manage all aspects of the implementation process, including detailed planning, design, project management, testing, training and documentation.
Alternatively we can offer tactical support to internal management and IT teams to help them successfully deliver the recommendations.
Post implementation support
After implementation we can provide on-going support to management and IT teams to ensure the solution works as designed and maintain a dialogue to develop and enhance solutions as the clients business evolves.
